The one who lived it first
She walked through the hard, the heavy, and the holy — and came out the other side holding a road map. Now she's handing it to you, one honest step at a time.

My story
Hi. I'm Glori. I'm 51 years old. I'm a wife, a mom, a Grammy — and for a long time, I was the woman behind a very convincing mask.
Maybe you know what that's like. Holding it all together on the outside while everything's falling apart behind closed doors. Waking up angry and not even knowing why. Loving your husband and still treating him in ways that made you ashamed. Praying the same prayer for years and wondering if God was even still listening. Looking in the mirror and not recognizing the woman staring back at you.
I wasn't just struggling. I was the problem. And the hardest day of my whole life was the day I finally said that out loud.
But that moment — that one brutal, honest, trembling moment with God — that was also the first day of my real life.
I won't lie to you about what came after. It wasn't easy. I walked through some of the hardest seasons of my life — physically, emotionally, spiritually. Seasons that tested everything I believed about God, about myself, about whether any of this was even worth fighting for. And I made it through every single one of them. Not because I was strong enough. Because God was.
Every time I wanted to quit, every time fear whispered that it was too much, God reminded me that the woman on the other side of all this was going to need my story. That woman is you. And I meant it when I said I'm glad you're here.
Before we take a single step together, here's what I want you to know about me. I'm not a licensed therapist. I'm not a pastor with a theology degree. I don't have a certification hanging on my wall that qualifies me to sit across from you and tell you freedom is possible. What I have is a marriage that was broken and is now restored. A mind that was trapped in depression and anger and is now free. A faith that was tested in ways I wouldn't wish on anyone — and came out the other side stronger and more real than it's ever been.
For a long time I just talked about all of it over coffee and never thought twice about it. Then one day it hit me — what I'd walked through wasn't just my testimony. It was a road map. And there were women out there, women just like you, who needed someone to hand them that map and walk beside them while they used it.
That's why Free the Real Me exists. Not because I have it all figured out. Because I've been exactly where you are — and I found a real way through. With God's help. With brutal honesty. And without pretending any of it was pretty.
You don't have to have it all together to start. You just have to be tired enough of the mask to take one honest step toward putting it down.
I was the problem. Now I'm the proof. And I believe with everything in me that you're about to become proof too. Let's do this — together.
"So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."
John 8:36
